International Strategy Review
The International Strategy Review programme comprises a short, bespoke, objective audit/analysis of a company’s international activities carried out in “real-time” and seeks to provide a high level of feedback with pragmatic recommendations and advice to companies on how to implement it.
The International Strategy Review process can be applied at various points in any international operation as a “health check” but is usually undertaken by companies when they find themselves in one of three scenarios:
- The business is seeking an external view/audit to ensure that all angles in its international operations are covered and that it is maximising its international development potential.
- The business is concerned that all is not as it should be with its international development and requires a precise diagnosis and recommended route to recovery in order to maximise its international potential.
- The business is about to embark upon a major, new international initiative which will be substantially increase its international presence and requires a pre-project review to identify these risks and ensure that a correct modus operandi.
